The 24-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman looked completely at home on the international stage during the SA in NZ 2026 tour. He finished the tour as the leading run-scorer across both sides after showing remarkable composure under pressure.

The young Protea amassed 200 runs across five innings while maintaining a massive strike rate of 145.98. His ability to find the boundary was evident as he cleared the ropes 13 times and added 16 fours to his tally.
